JIA GLOBAL SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED ("JIA GLOBAL", "the Company", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and security of all personal information entrusted to us.
This Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, use, disclose, transfer, and protect personal information obtained through our services, including but not limited to digital skills training, ICT and AI training, social media and digital marketing, office productivity, employment services, consultancy, recruitment, online learning platforms, mobile applications, websites, physical training centres, and customer support channels.
This Policy is issued in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission regulations, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the Cybercrimes Act, and other applicable laws and international best practices.

By registering for any training program; visiting our premises; accessing our websites; using our mobile applications; applying for employment; participating in surveys; or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.
3. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information
We may collect: full name, passport photograph, date of birth, gender, nationality, residential address, telephone number, email address, educational qualifications, professional certifications, employment information, next of kin information, national identification number (NIN), BVN (where required), training records, attendance records, assessment results and certification details.
B. Technical Information
When you use our digital platforms, we may collect: IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, geolocation data, login history, internet service provider information, device identifiers, and website usage statistics.
C. Financial Information
Where payments are made, we may collect payment records, transaction references, banking information and billing addresses. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
4. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process personal information for lawful purposes including training administration, student registration, attendance management, certification processing, assessment administration, employment services, skills profiling, job placement, customer support, service delivery, identity verification, security management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, risk management and marketing communications.

This Policy is governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, relevant NDP Commission regulations and the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to Nigerian courts.
